Good. - Octavo, purple brown cloth titled in gilt on the front cover and spine with decorations in gilt on the front cover. The covers are heavily rubbed with some wear to the corners and head and tail of the spine. The gilt titling is mostly faded from the spine. 100 pages plus [4] pages of ads, illustrated with a full-page frontispiece, title vignette, a pictorial headpiece and illustrated ad leaves. There is scattered foxing throughout with a few minor stains. Good. <p>First edition, binding A, with no publisher's monogram on the spine. [Ref: BAL - 21874].
