SIGNED. 367pp. Octavo [21 cm] Orange cloth with gilt stamped title and black ink stamped panel on the backstrip, and the publisher's device stamped in blind on the front cover. Publisher's black top stain. Good. The boards are mildly stained, the spine is a bit rolled, and the spine ends are gently bumped. In a very good dust jacket, with age-toning and a darkened spine. There are numerous short closed and open tears in the lightly rubbed edges, and there is a short closed tear along the fold of the front inside flap. Thirty-sixth volume in 'The Rivers of America' series. Illustrated by Letterio Calapai. Inscribed by the author on the front free endsheet. Fizgerald M16.
