Greenberg: Publishers, 1936. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition. Signed by Tully in black ink on front end paper. 248 p. Near Fine in unclipped dust jacket. Offsetting to endpapers. Jacket a bit rubbed, lightly chipped at edges, line of rubbing to back panel text, toning there as well, but quite attractive. Former pugilist (and hobo and tree surgeon) Tully's novel about boxing. His prose has held up very well over time and his work is currently in the midst of a mini-surge of interest after being out-of-print for many years. Overall, an exceptionally nice copy.
