This deluxe issue is limited to 200 copies of which this example is numbered 55 and signed twice by Marcelo Motta (once as '666' and again with his normal signature), and also [most unusually] in red ink by Jeremy Charles Ellis. And ?" under his own name as well as "John St. John - The Record of the Magical Retirement of G.H." as by Frater O∴M∴  Scarce. .
