(named cast list and index), 252 pp. With red handstamp to lower edge of title and occasional editorial annotations, especially to front free endpaper, in a 20th-century hand. Binding somewhat worn, rubbed, bumped, and scuffed. Minor dampstaining, foxing, and offsetting; lacking upper corner of final leaf with no loss to music. Second edition.
