Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed binding; front free endpaper loose. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Foxing heavier at start and end. Tears to gutter to front free endpaper with pen inscription. Minor dog-eared corners. All pages notably warped with occasional mild stains. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends. Very slight surface insect damage to rear board and joint. Boards are notably warped. Gilt is bright.
