Appendix showing the documents relating to the surrender. Fold-out chart of "Basque Roads and the Three Entrances to the Port of Rochefort." Contemporary three-quarter brown leather binding with marbled boards. Morocco label and gilt rules on spine. General wear to extremities and some minimal foxing, dust soiling to top edge. Small ink stamp name of a previous owner on the front pastedown; a corner of the map, fift-cent piece in size, is torn and loose. In sum, Very Good. In a clear, removable archival mylar jacket. After the Hundred Days, the Corsican ogre had requested (and expected) to be transported to exile in the United States.
