Inscribed, signed and dated by Moskowitz who selected the stories and wrote the introduction, on front end-paper to Mike Fogaris, a long time sci-fi enthusiast and personal friend, as a note of appreciation on behalf of the Eastern Science fiction Association. A very pretty collectable copy.
