The first is a TLS from Ozick to Wesker, signed by Ozick, indicating she wants Wesker to have the book, but does not expect him to read it, but rather pursue his own work; she also talks in length about the current Syrian invasion of Lebanon, and about her admiration of Philip Roth's novels. The second letter is a three-page hand written letter from Ozick to Wesker dated Passover 5747 (1987) where Ozick mostly praises Wesker's contributions to the theater, in particular his current play What Ever Happened to Betty Lemon? The last letter is a one page TLS from Wesker to Ozick on Wesker's personal stationary, with some hand-written additions and corrections, addressed and signed in hand by Wesker.
