One of 160 copies printed and bound by hand at the Stamperia Valdonega, under the supervision of Martio Mardersteig. Illustrated with Signed by Frazier and Steinberg (with initials) on the colophon, and again by Steinberg (with initials) and numbered by him in the lower margin of the first of the two original color wood engravings. The wood engravings were printed under the artist's supervision by Michael Berden. The production was designed by Katy Homans, and it was issued as the first publication in the series "Artists and Writers: American Journals," edited by May Castleberry.
