A handful of light penciled lines in margins, and slightly bumped top corners of covers. Book examines how mail transmission affected literature, mainly in Europe.

Except for lightly penciled purchase info, the book is in perfect shape.

It was without perforations, printed in black on yellow paper, and the name of the country was misspelled. Those who saw the stamp said that it had 'an unreal look' about it."
