Includes a printed insert, "Synopsis of Ballets", with brief descriptions of the following ballets: La Concurrence, Les Presage, Le Beau Danube, Scuola de Ballo, Beach, Le Lac des Cygnes, Petrouchka, Prince Igor and Le Tricorne. The loosely inserted program is entitled, "The Philadelphia Forum presents for the First Time in Philadelphia, Monte Carlo Ballet Russe, Director General, W. de Basil".
