Offers information on the Rockies, Manitou Springs, the Barker Hotel, Manitou Grand Caverns, the Cave of Winds, the Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway, analysis of five principal springs, list of points of interest with distances from the Barker Hotel, etc. View of Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway Depot, the Manitou Mineral Water Co., etc. 1/4" closed tear to one page, wrappers lightly soiled and with light rubbing to spine. Very good.
