Subjects covered are Potatoes, Fitches Tare, Lentils, Clover, Lalucerne, Saintfoin, Ray-grass, Bog - cause and reclamation, Rape, Reclaiming Mountains, Wet and Cold Land, Burn-beating, Burnet, Pickles for Wheat, Manures, Explanation of Names, Ploughing with One Man and Two Horses, Calendar for each month, Remarks on Stock Farms, English and Irish farmers, the Poor, a 35 acres farm, Scheme for Maintaining the Poor, and Index at rear. There seems to be no specific mention of Yorkshire farming in this volume which seems predominantly to be aimed at those wishing to improve farming in Ireland, perhaps the author was a Yorkshire farmer.
