Title continues: "With A Bibliography of the Issues of the Louisiana Press". - Large 4to. - 151 pp. - Searcy & Pfaff Ltd., New Orleans, 1929. - No. 78 of "four hundred ten copies only on French Arches paper". - Original decorative paper-covered boards, with gilt-stamped red cloth spine. (Corners slightly bumped, front inner hinge with small crack, else fine). - With frontispiece facsimile, and 22 facsimiles in text. - Boldly inscribed on front free end-paper, in ink: "To J. Christian Bay / with the warm regard/ of / Douglas C. McMurtrie". - With engraved bookplate, showing a reading monk among three nuns, of Irving S. Cutter.
