Very good copy, clean and sound. Singleton issue of the glossy magazine, published by the Trotskyist group led by Nat Weinstein that split from Socialist Action. Very high production quality, which they could afford due to a supporter's early and rewarding affiliation with Apple computers.

Lahore: Punjab Educational Electric Press, 1933. Hardcover. xiv, 232p., numerous illus., folded map, very good hardcover. A Kabul professor of history describes the reasons for the revolution of 1928-1929 and the subsequent changes undertaken by the new ruler. Nadir Khan, whose reforms are so effusively praised in this book, was assassinated only months after it was published.

An as-new copy: perfectly sound, clean and unmarked. Quite a lot of the activity occurs in the Bay Area, in Suisun marsh, wetlands that nowadays are being restored. Autobiography of a retired CIA agent.

Large, thoroughly illustrated catalog of the coinage of the Kabul region of Afghanistan, from throughout the Islamic period. Includes minor mints in the vicinity. Especially useful for the Ghaznavid period.
