Boston: Richard G. Badger / The Gorham Press, 1919. Hardcover. 144p., presswork on thickish, lightly-acidic paperstock with light general toning of textblock, untrimmed edges, a respectfully-designed hardbound in 8x5.5 inch green cloth boards lettered black and panelled in blind. Spine is a bit dim with a reader's crease, mild edgewear to rims and corner-tips, front hinge slightly cracked but holding well, endsheets with extra toning but unmarked and clean, a good and rather pleasant copy. A cautious public statement from a therapist who had written for private clients only. Recommends a "sex education" that embraces sexual activity and jettisons penalties that currently attach to it.
