Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Unclipped jacket has light edge-wear with tears and creasing.

In very good unclipped wrapper. It has not been price clipped and shows the original 18s. net price, with a rough patch to the bottom of the rear panel with a small red mark also. The boards are free from chips and marks and the text blocks are bright and white. Overall, this is a very good copy of a nice production. Dedicated to his wife.
