This photographic book presents, in its entirety, the donation by Eleni Glavani Miller of folk jewellery from Libya. The donor's collecting activities during the nineteen sixties went hand-in-hand with research into the jewellery of the mountain communities in Northern Africa. The conclusions were collated in a study which is included in the first part of the book. The second part contains the objects of the collection, photographs of which are shown and classified according to kind.

Esta obra presenta en su totalidad una coleccion de joyas populares procedentes de Libia, donada recientemente por Eleni Glavani Miller quien, de forma paralela a su actividad de coleccionista, realizo durante la decada de 1960 una investigacion sobre las joyas de las comunidades montanosas del norte de Africa. Las conclusiones de esta investigacion se concentraron en un estudio que se cita en la primera parte de la obra. La segunda parte incluye fotografias de las piezas que forman la coleccion, organizadas en categorias segun su tipo.
