A small area of tanning to the rear wrap, else very nearly fine. FIRST EDITION. A tourist guidebook for this North Carolina coastal city, describing its history and landmarks. An article, "New Bern - Future," suggests the pamphlet was intended for promotional purposes as well, and it discusses New Bern's advantages in transportation, natural resources, and commercial opportunities.
