Lacking the original dustjacket, with wear to the edges and corners of the boards. Adhesive label affixed to inside front pastedown. Pages remain uncut, with a solid binding and clean, unmarked interior. Poems in English, with beautifully graphic woodcuts for illustrations. Luxurious endpapers. Some scratches and chips from the paint of the cover appear on the front board (see photo). Back board is as new. A touch of rubbing at corner tips and edges. Overall a tight, clean fine copy.. With four full page woodcut illustrations signed by Boris Reidel.
