No additional printings. 493 pages plus a 34 page index. South Dakota legal studies, both civil and criminal. The cloth shows mild edgewear, soil, and rubbing with the corners barely through. The volume is slightly shaken, but the hinges are not cracked. The paper is faintly toned near the edges. Uncommon title.

Philadelphia: Abraham Small, 1821. Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Bound in full tan calf gilt spine titles on red and black labels. 588 pages with index. The leather is rubbed through at the corners, there are surface scuffs which have darkened with age, the head of the spine is chipped with a glue repair, the front joint is cracked and the rear just starting. The inner hinges are quite solid so the boards remain firmly attached. Two private law library stamps to the front pastedown, otherwise unmarked. The paper quality is quite good with some mild toning but very little foxing. Uncommon.
