Pillsbury is considered by some to be one of if not the most influential dermatologists of the 20th century. This volume sat untouched in a nice library for many decades. Bound in original dark blue cloth. Just light wear in a few places to exterior, with, perhaps, just a hint of a bump to each of the top corners of the boards.
