Howe was a harness racing journalist for The Horse Review, where Dickey worked as an illustrator; these stories originally appeared in a column for the Review. He also had a special column devoted to training, shoeing, balancing methods and other problems. He later became race secretary at Billings Park in Memphis, Tennessee. He was elected to the Harness Race Museum Hall of Fame. A scarce title of the race-track. Rubbed at corners and head and tail of the spine. Good.
