George Newnes Limited, London, 1897 Good+. no dj. spine covering is missing/chipped to about 1/2 inch to top end. corners rounded and some rounding to bottom end of spine. 1/4 leather to corners and spine - with gilt detailing. green boards are clean and bright - but leather has aken wear and showing age. the binding remains firm. all pages present. no inscription.
