Description:
For its age, this book shows very little wear. There is some yellowing and minimal signs of use, but no markings. It is a very significant book on social psychology, dealing with the problem of fascism and prejudice. The book is still relevant to its topics today. Many charts, one page of photos, and several pages of references are included. The cover has a small embossed torch that is hard to see in the photos.

Description:
197The Complete Opera Book is a very interesting and comprehensive book of operas illustrated with sixty three portraits, besides many lyrical and musical notation excerpts. There are very minor indications of wear in this book and no markings. The binding is very slightly discolored from exposure compared to the rest of the cover. I have been unable to find another copy of the 1937 version.

Description:
Slipcased book of vibrant Sadao Watanabe prints, about half in color and half black and white. All are signed and stamped with the artist's stamp. It was hard to choose which prints to include in photos because all beg to be admired. I do not see this book listed for sale anywhere else online. It is a "revised and special edition of Vol. I and Vol. II" as stated in the book. This book contains pristine and clear Japanese and English writing. Writing on one end paper indicates this book was a gift, as shown in photos. There is a tiny chip on an extremity of the cover. The slipcover has some erosion of one edge as seen in photos. The binding of the last few pages is fragile and there is one chip repair and the beginning of cracking of the exterior binding as seen in photos. All in all in very good condition for 44 years of age.
