New York: Humphrey Phelps, 1867. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. 70pp., folding map. Purple cloth, gilt lettering. Fading to cover mainly to spine, corners lightly rubbed, text is sound with a very occasional spot, historical society bookplate on front pastedown, folding map has several tiny holes along folds, but map is in a very well-preserved condition, and is very attractive. The city's history, its institutions, its sights, 12 full page illustrations. Folding map measures 30 x 18 inches. 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 70pp., folding hand colored map, frontispiece. Purple cloth, gilt lettering. Fading to cover mainly to spine, corners lightly rubbed, text is clean with a very occasional spot, historical society bookplate on front pastedown, several tiny tears along map folds, and map is in overall very well-preserved condition. Overview of the city, its institutions, its history and its sights and 12 engraved illustrations. Folding map measures 30 x18 inches.
