PLUS uncommon laid in two sheets; first, Just's Food Company invitation to the owner to share "Other Folks' Babies: so they can "mail to each address specimen pages of this record book," And; second, a fold out promotional piece about "The Food That Feeds." First printing (of a limited reprint of 100 copies) of one of the rarest of children's series titles. First published in 1935 by the A. L. Burt Company, the series was later taken over by Grosset & Dunlap which did not include this title in their reprints because it was dated with the plot having taken place at the 1933 to 1934 Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago. Beverly and her friends witness a murder at the fair, and in true fashion help to solve the murder. The first printing of this reprint is destined to become a collector's item. 250pp.
