Includes two identical 22 page promotional pamplets with projected cost breakdown in front pocket, as well as a 28 page "Progress Report" laid into rear pocket. This is copy # 366 of only 500 copies and belonged to John Barry Ryan. Some curling to pages because of old pastic, but they're still bright. Sprial binding chipped, but secure. . Good. 1959.
