Terms of sale for Spencer Agency
We ship promptly. Our shipping and handling charge is $3.50 for media mail to the U.S. Multiple book orders will ship at $3.50 each. For Canadian purchases shipped Economy post, the cost is $8.00 per book. International orders are discouraged, but will ship economy post for $14.00 per book. I do not recommend priority mail, but will ship priority to U.S. addresses for $8.00. All return requests will be honored. If book is misrepresented, I will refund shipping costs. All decisions as to whether shipping costs are refunded are mine.
