There was a large sticker that was partially torn off the front cover as you can see in the picture, and same with the back cover. For the most part the binding is good and tight, with the exception of the first few pages.

Includes 154 Recipes Tested and Approved (you know...now that they have refrigerators ;) ) This is a very amusing book now that it is nearly 100 years old and no longer "modern". A very interesting read for someone who likes historical things.
