1931. Very Good/good +. Laid in is a postcard signed by the author and inscribed, I assume, to a previous owner.. The covers show some shelf-wear and bumping around the spine with maybe some very light staining to the front endpapers. The contents are clean and tight. The dust jacket has a tear of about 1" at the top of the spine (repaired) and some chiping/shelf-wear. It is not price clipped.
