    Arabic manuscript on Falconry by Un-known

    Approximately 1200's Ah (1800's) Arabic text in ordinary naskh script in black and significant words in red. 86 pages consists of 17 chapters contains of the aspects of wild birds, breeding, how to use them in hunting, diseases and how to treat them, with some stories from several sources. With 8 falcon miniatures . There is no evidence about the book's and the author's names, but the author mentions some scenes from Egypt and Syria during 647 AH (1250 AD) , and these mach what Abbas Al 'Azzawi mentioned in his book 'Asha'ir al Irak (the Tribes of Irak) that he owned a manuscript copy on Falconry due to the Ayyoubid or the beginning of the Mamluk era in Syria or Egypt by a prince called Badraddin b. Muhammad b. Baktout b. Abdullah al Khaznadar al Rammah al Zahiri who dead in 680 Ah. Measures: 21.3 x 14.8 cm . Some stamps ownership of Kitab Khane -i Shari'at Madari . Possibly some occasional retouches. Un-usual Islamic manuscript example on this subject. مخطوط في البيزرة في حالة جيدة كامل مؤلف من 86 صفحة وفيه سبعة عشر بابا تشمل كل ما يتعلق بالطيور الجارحة من صفاتها وتربيتها وطريقة الصيد بها و امراضها وعلاجها كما هو موضح في صورة الصفحتين الاوليين. لم يذكر فيه اسم الكتاب ولا اسم المؤلف ولكن في ثنايا الكتاب يذكر مشاهد من مصر وبلاد الشام ويذكر بانه كان حيا في سنة 647 وهذا ينطبق على ما ذكره العزاوي في كتاب عشائر العراق حيث ذكر بانه يملك مخطوطة في البيزره تعود إلى بلاد الشام أومصر ايام الايوبيين واوائل المماليك تاليف احد الامراء و اسمه بدر الدين محمد بن بكتوت بن عبد الله الخزندار الرماح الظاهري المتوفي سنة 680 وهو المسمى كتاب البائري
