London: J. and R. Tonson, and A. Draper, [No date, circa 1750.]. Illustrated with frontisplates and title page vignettes. Bound in the original full leather bindings. Gilded spines. Printed on quality rag paper. 7 inches tall. 8 inches of shelf space. In good condition. These are the original leather bindings. All the hinges are strongly attached and held firmly by the underlying binding cords, although there is starting. Some foxing. Some general external wear, as shown. Some abrasion and some of the labels are chipped off. Some general rubbing. Still a fully intact antiquarian set of the spectator from the 1700's. Printed on rag paper with engraved frontisplates.
