A handsome book bound in imitation brown leather with title and race cars on the front cover. Book is protected in mylar. Warmly inscribed on the front paste down by Tim Flock to a friend and dated 9-8-95. The friend had organized a crew for the purpose of supplying a car for Tim Flock in a 1951 NASCAR race. Pictures appear in the book of the two with the car. Tim Flock was one of NASCAR's early pioneers along with his family, Ethel Mobley, Bob Flock, and Fonty Flock. This book tells their story. Also included is a photo from Daytona Beach 1950 inscribed and signed by Tim Flock to his friend. The book is not signed by the author, Larry Fielden. A rare and unique item inscribed by one of NASCAR's pioneers.
