Loose within is a note from the author to the copyright office stating that the printing co. put the wrong initial on his name. They used F and it should read J. Glossy pictorial covers, Crease on front cover at spine. Mostly descriptions and hand drawn maps of areas for hiking the last of the old growth forests in america. 75 pages.

Very Good. big 480 page book with wonderful bluish covers with silver and red embossed decorations. corner wear and a bit of cover spotting but over all in very nice shape, solid binding, clean unmarked contents. not for international shipping. inscribed on front end page "Joe Cahill from Rt. Rev. M. F. Burke DD Xmas 1892" Cahill was the lawman that was on the scaffold with tom horn when he was hung 10 years later. Cahill went on to become a well known lawman and fixture in wyoming.

Cover indicates that The Road to Damascus is edited by John O'brien and the complete selection is under the fig tree by Clare booth luce.
