Publisher's white cloth boards with photographic illustration and titles in black to the upper board. Illustrated in black and white throughout. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with a little toning and a few soft surface indentations. The contents are clean and bright throughout. An excellent association copy. Inscribed on the title page in black ink "I send this by our mutual friend / John Kay with best wishes for 1993. / I hope we meet again one day soon. / I have good memories of my visit / to your lovely home. / Kneese am 6.1.1993 / Herzlich / Jo Jastram".
