The text (in English with some Chinese translations) is xeroxed typescript; there are pasted in original photographs and reproduced pen and ink drawings throughout, with tissue guard pages. This appears to have been produced for limited circulation as a private rather than trade publication. This copy has a gift inscription inside the front cover by one of the staff of the School of Architecture.
