Still in its original bag with its backing card. Note that the scans were made through the transparent plastic bag in order to maintain the never-opened status. The single stamp is bordered at top with a sheet-edge type cartoon of a letter carrier, and the month hereon is denoted as "July" rather than "Jul", neither of which points have been noted elsewhere by us (although they presumably do exist).
