México: Ecuador, 1966. Wraps. Very good. Facsimile of the 1789 edition published by Pedro Bombelli in Rome. 8vo. Unpaginated. Each page is an engraving with a text caption depicting the life of Blessed Sebastian . Printed wraps. A very good copy. In Spanish. Sebastian de Aparicio y del Pardo (1502 - 1600) was a Spanish colonist in Mexico shortly after its conquest by Spain, who after a lifetime as a rancher and road builder entered the Order of Friars Minor as a lay brother. He is buried in the Franciscan church in Puebla.
