An attractive copy of this early work by Yeats, which has benefitted from some restoration to the hinges and the cloth, mostly along the spine. Beautiful gilt design on the cover after Althea Gyles, with a frontis and six other plates after work by Jack Yeats. An early prose work, drawing on the Celtic tradition, by one of Ireland's most prominent poets. Yeats was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in 1923. Very Good.
