An attractively produced volume.

Dated 10 Mai 1942, and encouraging Belgian actions against the Nazi occupiers on the second anniversary of the German invasion of Belgium, a "Journée de Deuil National" (National Day of Mourning). Printed attribution "La Garde Blanche". Good condition. Creased / browned. La Garde Blanche were a Second World War Belgian active resistance para-military unit, active in sabotage and primarily operating in the Flemish regions.

12pp. Scarce original paper. Near Very Good condition with a circular abrasion where a price-sticker has been removed to the upper front cover. 'The Weekly Ball' - Barcelona, 30th November 1922. Complete 12 page Spanish language football paper with articles, match reports, and extensively illustrated action photographs from Catalonian boys / junior games including a number of Barcelona FC matches/teams.

Printed date code "Jan 29" to corner of centre page. Good condition. The first staging of J.B Priestley's play which Premiered at the Duchess Theatre on 28th November 1933. Cast; Margery Pickard, Ethel Coleridge, Melville Cooper, Edmund Gwenn, Francis James, James Harcourt, Mary Jerrold, David Hawthorne, Douglas Payne etc.

Very Good condition with no inscriptions. In a near Very Good original dustwrapper which is neatly price-clipped, with a tear and associated small chip to the upper front panel, with small repairs to the reverse.

UK 1st Edition, 1st Printing, with complete numberline 1-10 to the copyright page. Handsigned by the author to the 'Signed by the Author' front endpaper (not the more common bookplate version). No personalisation or other inscriptions. Very Good condition, in Very Good original dustwrapper which is not price-clipped (Published Price £14.99). The dustwrapper is a little oversize resulting in shelf 'crushing' to the upper edge. It is now protected by a transparent, acid-free, non-adhesive protector (which can be easily removed if desired). There is a 'Signed Exclusive Edition' sticker to the protector. This is the scarcer Waterstones variant, with blue (rather than red) dustwrapper, and additional bonus material bound to the rear (Pages 365-369).

12pp. Original theatre programme for Lady Windermere's Fan at the St James's Theatre, London. Good condition, with splitting to the spine and rectangle of paper pasted to section of rear cover. Writing to the front identifying the play and performance date (27th October 1911). Includes portraits of cast, cast list and period advertisements. The London West End Revival of Lady Windermere's Fan at the St James Theatre (now demolished) - Opened 14 October 1911, Closed 1 December 1911. The cast featured Lilian Braithwaite as 'Lady Windermere', Dawson Milward as 'Lord Windermere', Marion Terry as 'Mrs. Erlynne', Norman Trevor as 'Lord Darlington' and Mrs G Kemmis as 'Duchess of Berwick'. Presented by Sir George Alexander.

Very Good condition with light foxing to the closed page edges, and corner 'crumple' to lower margin/corners of pages 137-144.In near Very Good original price-clipped dustwrapper with some edge tears and toning.Rare memoir by Barbara Greene of the 350-mile, 4-week walk through the unmapped interior of Liberia undertaken in 1935 with her cousin, Graham Greene (republished in 1981 as 'Too Late to Turn Back'). Graham Greene's own account of the journey "Journey Without Maps" had been published in 1936.

In rare original dustwrapper which is not price-clipped, with edge tears and chips, with loss of approx 20% of the plain rear panel. The title page describes Hutton as "Member of Belfast City Y.M.C.A. Literary and Debating Society, and Ex-Principal, Dunbar Memorial School, Banbridge". The dustwrapper flap advertises the volume thus; "The Audience ROCKED and ROCKED and ROCKED with laughter when the author delivered the contents of this Book as Lecturettes". The contents are in three parts; The Psychology of Laughter, Wit and Humour, and Cheerfulness.

Very Good+ crisp, clean, tight condition, in original Very Good+ dustwrapper which is not price-clipped (Published price £20.00). The dustwrapper bears a sticker to the front panel "Waterstones Exclusive Signed Edition with Bonus Content". The bonus content is a 7-page section 'Six Minutes - featuring Mickey Haller, the Lincoln Lawyer, in conversation with journalist Jack McEvoy - lead character in The Poet and, most recently, Fair Warning'.

No other inscriptionsBronson is one of the highest-profile criminals in Britain and has been featured in books, interviews, and studies in prison reform and treatment.
