We presume this to be either an anniversary edition [possibly 1999] by the now-defunct Harcourt Brace or a more recent illegitimate copy [Orwell's work came out of copyright in 2020].

Lewis Carroll's own adaptation of Alice's Adventures In Wonderland [Macmillan & Co, London, 1890] for a younger audience. Containing Twenty Coloured Enlargements From Tenniel's Illustrations. First run of 10,000 copies were rejected by Carroll [1889] with 4000 sent to the US to be bound as the 1st American Edition. This copy, with price Four Shillings on title page, is the First Edition as approved by the author; illustrated boards, bumped and chipped around edges with 3cm sq loss bottom rhs, spine with some minor splits, inner front hinge starting [top half], presentation inscription ffep [1891], water-affected at base with tide mark evident on half-title to 4cm from bottom, marked throughout but illustrations unaffected and bright [coloured by E.
