Description:
Who wrote these poems? The first Nobel Peace Prize winner for literature from Ireland. W. B. Yeats. One of, if not the greatest, minds of the 20th century. Read the second stanza of The Second Coming If you want a quick introduction before buying though that poem is not in this book. The only tarnish is the 1 inch tear on the upper left sleeve of New Poetry. I have read once these books. No one else. Someone can buy individually one of these books for $850 or both for $2,000. The Cuala Press published Love Poetry in 1913 and New Poetry in 1938. They published love Poetry in Churchtown, Dundrum (limited printing 300) and New Poetry Dublin Ireland. (I believe a printing of 450) However, please note the Irish University Press reprinted the books which I offer for sale in 1970. If you like great poets, old books (53 years) and new condition you will like these.
