Both he and Kosinski certainly crossed paths many times and both served on the PEN Board of Trustees in the early 70's. A VG book (sm spots/blemishes on rear end papers and minor wear at edges of HC boards) in a dust jacket that is rubbed wrinkled and chipped. This is the UK printed (first issue) edition. Curiously enough, the book also had the US (second issue) DJ laid in with the UK. This DJ is near fine with a small wrinkle and tear at base. Both DJ's are included.
