Hezlet. who was born at Dungannon, Co. Tyrone on 21.12.79 and was educated at Clifton College and RMA Woolwich, being commissioned 2nd Lt in the Royal Artillery on 23.12.98 . He served in France and Mesopotamia, 1915-16, was mentioned in dispatches twice and awarded the DSO (LG 22.12.16) and CBE. He was a member of the Ordnance Committee in 1916. He was promoted to Lt-Col, RFA in 1921. Scarce. Blue cloth cover stained, top right hand corner heavily dog-earred, a small triangle cut out of cover, many pencil doodles inside, complete with all fold-outs.
