Six full page illustrations protected by tissue guards. Not paginated. Previous owners' signature and stamp on the first plain flyleaf, otherwise clean and unmarked internals. Except for slight shelfwear and scuffing of cover edges, in fine condition. Binding is square and tight.

London: The Architectural Press, 1926. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. An in depth study of London's West End during the 18th and 19th centuries. Illustrated with many photographs. Documents the drastic rebuilding of the West End and the concommitant changes in manners and customs. Gilt dark blue covers with slight fading to spine. Small inscription on front flyleaf. Some light foxing, mainly of the first few pages and last few pages.
