Portrait, 2005-08-11. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 470pp. (white spine) large 8vo. sized. 2006 reprint. A very good, clean, tight copy in similar jacket. Original publisher's brown boards - gilt embossed to the spine. No inscriptions. The text supported by some photographic reproductions. The head and tail of the spine a little bumped. Some light stain marks to the upper fore-edge in no way affecting the margins of the pages themselves. The jacket has not been price-clipped and has some shelf wear. A very good copy.
