About This Item
Cambridge University Press, 2000. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket/Very Good. Clean pages except for a few tiny spots of foxing along the head edges; no owners' marks; full cloth hard cover shows a touch of softening at corners, otherwise excellent; dust jacket bears very light edgewear, mostly shallow edge creases neatly hidden by the new, clear, archivally safe protective sleeve.
