The dust jacket is very near fine with slight edge creasing and surface wear to the lamination of the flaps. First edition, first printing. Signed by the author on the title page. EXTRA POSTAGE WILL BE REQUESTED FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM .. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hardcover.
